it is one of the most independent cinemas in berlin and this for a very long time already. maybe that is the secret of the usually excellent program you may find here: lots of wonderful small movies beyond mainstream, often shown in their original version with subtitles. also a lot of german films you can discover here. a handful of films you can even only see in german cinema because of the fsk or better because of their own film distribution 'peripher'. you can find the fsk at segitzdamm 2, directly at oranienplatz in kreuzberg. the actual program and everything else you can find at their homepage by clicking on the image on the left.
