if you ever plan to stay in the capital of latvia - riga - and if you are thus searching for a place to stay there, then this one is really more than worth to be considered. large, cosy, comfortable and clean rooms, very nice and friendly staff, good included breakfast, the possibility to use the washing machine if required, free internet access and all this for a really good price. it is located relatively central, so that everything is in walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town). at least for us this place was the wonderful rescue after some very bad experiences with the barons hostel in the same city. if you want to know more about krisjanis & gertrude or if you want to check if they still have a room free, then simply click on the picture to enter their site for contact information etc. ...
